  • Video and telephonic interpreting
  • On-demand interpreting services
  • Document translation

Services may be delivered directly or through qualified independent contractors.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with our systems or interpreters

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Scheduled appointments must be booked in advance through our platform or staff
  • Cancellation policies (including applicable fees) will be communicated at booking
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be billed in full

For on-demand services, availability is not guaranteed and is subject to interpreter supply.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees vary based on service type, duration, language, and delivery method
  • On-demand services may be billed per minute
  • Subscription plans (if applicable) are billed monthly
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Interpreter Limitations

While we strive to provide highly qualified professionals:

  • We do not guarantee outcomes, decisions, or results from interpreted communication
  • Interpreters facilitate communication but do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice
  • Clients are responsible for verifying critical information

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

We take confidentiality seriously:

  • Interpreters are required to follow strict confidentiality standards
  • Many interpreters are trained in HIPAA compliance where applicable
  • However, no transmission method is 100% secure

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, software, or contractors to deliver services. We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party system outages
  • Data breaches outside our control
  • Service interruptions caused by external providers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Access Interpreting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Access Interpreting LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of services
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws
  • Any decisions made based on interpreted or translated content

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Access Interpreting LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violations of these Terms.
